Password Retrieval Instructions

Once you receive notification that passwords have been reset, you may find the new student password by following these steps. 

Students will need this new password to log in to their Chromebooks or anything requiring their school log-in, such as student email, Google Drive, eDoctrina, and Pearson programs. 

You may retrieve your child’s new password by logging in to your account on the SchoolTool website at https://schooltool.rhnet.org/schooltool. Be sure to select the View Full Site option. You will not be able to retrieve the password through the app. Students in grades 7-12 may also log in to SchoolTool and retrieve their password following the same instructions.

Once logged in, click on your student’s name to access the student record. Underneath their school building, you will see several tabs. Click on the “User Defined” tab. Once on that tab, you should see the new password. If you do not see it, please be sure that “User Account” is showing in the dropdown on the left of the tab.
