Parent Pick-up Forms

Students who are regularly picked up from school daily can receive a “Fast Pass” and will exit through door 5, the same door used for morning drop-off. Parents should remain in their cars and will pull up to the door. A staff member will call for your child, who will exit the building and enter your car. If your child is not ready to depart school, we will ask you to pull around the circle again to keep the line moving. Students who are picked up occasionally or need to be picked up early from school should report to the main office. Parents will need to park and visit the main office to sign out their child at their requested time. Please use this form to communicate occasional pick-up needs by 2 p.m. the day of the pick up. 2024-2025 Pick Up Form If it is after 2 p.m., you must call the main office at 359-5550.

Please park in our visitor’s parking to the side of the building. Please refrain from parking in the bus loop after 2:45 p.m. We appreciate your cooperation.
